Our Simple and Straightforward Pricing Policy:
What you get for the money...
It is of the utmost importance that The Style Counsel provides you with the best photos possible. Our pricing is simple and provides you four a la carte options.
All options include:
1. All photos edited for composition and color
2. Security edits if required (see FAQ)
3. A custom embeddable slide show set to music (available in 7 set or any custom size) which can be posted to your website or FaceBook page. Code only will be supplied or have us host it for $0.99 per month*.
4. Your photos will be available in 3 formats. Each will available for free download (or CD by express mail or courier delivery for a $15.00 fee) and grayscale images for fliers.

10. Limited License* for use of the pictures on MLS for the duration of the listing. Unlimited License for use of images for purchase on gift or custom items purchased from this site. * See FAQ and Usage Agreement.

PLATINUM

This is the option for homes over 4,000 sq ft. Please call and schedule a consultation. As these homes tend to have special features, I prefer an onsite evaluation and quote.

FOR THE PROFESSIONAL REALTOR, we also offer bulk discounts and a fee-plus-percentage option.
Buy three shoots or more simultaneously and receive a 10% discount on all services.
If you purchase a bulk package of 12 shoots, you will get the Gold Package (regardless of house size) for the Silver Package rate plus an additional 15% discount all for $2,499. That is a savings of 30% over the a la carte price.
If you are a High Producing Agent or a Listing Specialist, I also have a fee plus rate of $75.00 per shoot plus .15% of the selling price.*

Travel Surcharge $20.00 Min.
Package price includes travel within a 20-mile radius of the corner of Tyrone Rd. and Old Cheat Rd. Morgantown WV 26508. Travel surcharges are billed in blocks of 15 minutes at a rate of $20.00 per block. A travel surcharge will be quoted and agreed upon before project is accepted.

PHOTO ENHANCEMENT
Virtual Staging
Virtual Staging is also a wonderful option for properties that are empty. Empty rooms do not look nearly as attractive as furnished ones. If the listing is already vacant, consider having us Virtually Stage a few of the photos. It will make a world of difference.

Staging Consultations
Our Staging business is currently limited to Staging Consultations and Virtual Staging.
A Staging Consultation consists of a home visit and tour of up to three hours and a written plan of execution for the homeowner to follow. This is a cost effective way of having a Staging Plan executed in the home, as the homeowner does the time consuming work. The cost for this service is $295.00
